The Shedding Of Blood in The NDC Branch Election Must Be Treated As Criminality – Owusu To Police

The National Communication Team Member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Solomon Owusu says the blood that was shredded at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) branch election must be treated as criminality.

According to Solomon Owusu, the laws governing the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party and the constitution as well have never stated that blood needs to be shed during elections so he sees no reason why the shedding of blood has been involved in politics.

Solomon Owusu brought the police into this issue and said to them that they should not handle the incident softly but rather treat it as criminality because nobody knows whether those who pulled out weapons are armed robbers or not.

This comes after the chaos which caused the shedding of blood in the branch election of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Techiman.
