I’ve Served As NDC General Secretary For 17 Years, Enough Is Enough – Asiedu Nketia Serves Notice

The general secretary for the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia has finally made it clear to the general public that that he will not contest for the position of a general secretary in the NDC again.

According to him, he has two options now. It is either he will contest for the chairmanship position of the party or he will retire from politics. He made these revelations when speaking on Radio Gold this afternoon.

He added that it is time for others to have a feel of that position. He also revealed that being the general secretary for the party has been his longest serving position as a politician.

“This is breaking news. I will not contest for the position of a general secretary again. Enough is enough. The options are now two. It is either is i will go in for Chairmanship or even retire from politics. A child who was born when I first became the general secretary will be a graduate by now. This is the work I have done most in my life” he said.
