Bibiani Gold Stars out to make amends against Bechem United after 2 straight losses

Ghanaian top-flight side Bibiani Gold Stars will seek to get their season back on track after a sharkey start to this campaign.

The Miners, have lost their opening two games of the 2022/23 campaign, going down to two 1-0 defeats against Dreams FC and Nsoatreman FC on consecutive weekends.

They play their third league game of the season at home to Bechem United on Sunday, and, they will look to make amends in this encounter.

The game will be played at the Dun’s Park, Bibiani where Gold Stars will count on the home support for a win.

Coach Michael Osei has come under intense pressure from the fans to restore the club’s fortunes as quickly as possible as the season unfolds.

The new campaign, has not gone according to plan for the Bibiani-based side despite the good pre-season they had which saw them go unbeaten in all the matches they played.

The former Ghana international, will hope for a win for his side on Sunday to ease some of the pressure on his shoulders after their two defeats.

They will come up against a Bechem United side that lost their opening game of the campaign against Accra Great Olympics, and do have an outstanding game to come against reigning champions Asante Kotoko later.
